Nina Prochazka

Nina Prochazka has been actively dealing with different work models for years and knows the topic of job and top sharing from different perspectives. For PTO, she works as a coach, conducts workshops and moderates networking events.

In addition, she works as a consultant at B’VM, a management consultancy specializing in nonprofit organizations. Her focus areas include change management and transformation, agile structures and self-organization, collaboration, knowledge management, and new work environments.

Nina Prochazka has been working in the fields of sustainable development, organizational and human resource development, and management consulting for over 20 years, working extensively with administrations, nonprofit organizations, as well as with the private sector and multilateral actors.

She is the mother of one son. In her free time, she can often be found in nature, at cultural events, or engrossed in a book.
