Advisory committee

The advisory committee of the PTO association consists of 25 members.

Together, they review the strategic options for the project. The committee meets once or twice a year.

Composition of the advisory committee: The committee consists of representatives of private and public companies that are positively disposed towards job sharing models; self-employed companies; scientific experts and/or specialists in Swiss labor market policy; partners in the project; experts who can contribute a broader and transversal vision (experts in occupational psychology, CSR/corporate social responsibility, gender equality offices); consultants who are already active in this field.
