This is often the first step in presenting job and top sharing to companies interested in job sharing.
These conferences are 30-60 minutes in length. It is a presentation tailored to the company, including an interactive, audience-driven discussion. The main topic focuses on opportunities and challenges of job sharing models (economic impact of job sharing in Switzerland, digitalization, human capital optimization, partner search, day-to-day business, structure, work sharing, information). The duration of the conference is two hours and the content is adapted according to the company and the area of activity.
