Brigitte Egli

Since Go-for-Jobsharing was founded, Brigitte Egli has been supporting the management team in communication and in helping to spread the topic of job sharing. Even before that, she was involved and active in various projects of the Federal Office for Gender Equality, specifically in other job sharing projects.

As a neurobiologist with further training in communication, Brigitte Egli analyzes topics rationally. But job sharing is one of her emotional concerns which she wants to spread because she is convinced that our economy as well as all employees benefit from teamwork – specifically teams between women and men. Together we are stronger (Share & Win).

She is part of the coaching team of Go-for-Jobsharing. She motivates people in their constant efforts to either find a jobsharing partner or to set common goals.

She works as head of marketing and communication for an office in the canton of Bern. She is married and has a son who was born in 2006. In her free time she is a member of the fire department of the village where she lives. She enjoys sports, reading and creative activities.
