Marco Sommer

Marco Sommer is the founder and managing director of Moxymentum GmbH, a human resources and career consulting company in Switzerland.

He lives in Fribourg and works in German, French and English. His clients include Alcon Pharmaceuticals.

He is an active member of the PTO association and leads workshops as well as coaches people in job sharing.

Prior to founding his company, Marco was Talent Acquisition Manager for UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company, recruiting a wide range of positions in various European locations.

Prior to that, Marco held various operational and leadership roles in the hospitality and medical device industries and was a key player in various organizational change management activities.

During his career Marco worked in Germany, England and Switzerland. Marco holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oxford Brookes University and is currently pursuing ICF certification as a Professional Coach.

He is passionate about helping people reflect on their values, develop a career and educational strategy, and find their next professional opportunity.
