Association PTO (Part Time Optimization)
The association PTO (Part Time Optimization) was founded in 2013 by Irenka Krone-Germann and Anne de Chambrier. The project aims to promote job sharing in Switzerland and to inform employees and companies about the details of job sharing.
By providing practical tools for the implementation of job sharing and top sharing models at middle and higher management levels for both genders, the project aims to lead to more job balance in the Swiss labor market.
The ultimate goal is to ensure an optimal balance between men and women, work and family, education and career for employees, companies and for society.
The advisory committee of the PTO association consists of 25 members. The project is funded by the Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) and private sponsors.
